Leadership And Listening
This sign is posted in one of the elevators at my work. Listening is an important part of leading people. You have to be able to take information from those who you work with, process it and then take action based upon their experiences. At work I am a team leader and I make it a rule to listen to others and to create solutions based upon what they have to say. Buy-in from those who work with and for you is important.
Monday’s And Other Days Are Hard
It’s true, very true. My friends I hope your weekend was a good one. We all wish it were longer though. Let’s power through and make it the best day possible. Let’s do this, whatever this is.

Wow, Monday seemed to come fast! The weekend came and went quickly. I guess we have to do this, ready or not. I hope you all had a good past couple of days. Have the best day possible good people. Peace, grace and love.
Inspiration For Our Days Work
Ones work is cut out for them daily and the challenge is to meet the mark set before you. Every day is a new opportunity to make things happen and to make the world a better place. The calling we accept means using the gifts we were blessed with to do good work. On this day let’s strive for the brass ring and hopefully in eternity we will be remembered for the day we rocked it out on the job.
