I have had a day of leisure and catching up on on rest. This afternoon I took a couple of naps and I am still tired. May each of you have had a great day doing whatever makes you happy and that sort of thing. Sunday is coming and more opportunities to renew my spirit, body and soul.

When your damned blood sugar is high and you wake up at 3 AM because of it and then your brain clicks on it means your day is going to be a long one.
I started to think about how to save the world. My plans were going to piss a lot of people off.

Memorial Day has come and gone. I had to work today because of needs of the business. I’m glad to have gotten Monday behind me.
