We had this for dinner with last nights leftover macaroni and cheese. Yummy stuff.
- 1-1.5 lb boneless chicken fillets (can also use strips)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon or brown mustard
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp white or black pepper
- Seasoned bread crumbs (about 2 tbsp)
