Some people desire constancy in their contentment. Routine and familiar surroundings make life comfortable. Growth however doesn’t happen when you are standing still. We all need to have life disrupted so that we can experience things to get us down the road of life. If one can get out and do things to make the world awesome. A shark must move to survive and humans need to do the same. Contentment and constancy are two things that work with and against each other, decide which one you want more of at any given time.
Great advice Tony. My health situation sometimes makes it hard to do even the “comfortable” things, which is why I try to stretch those boundaries even a just a little bit every day! It helps keep me going!

Growth happens with discomfort. Things that are stagnant become stale. Us humans like to take the easy path but great views are the hardest to climb and find. So true. ❤️

True for some off us, but those who have autism need constancy to feel safe.
