Love is love isn’t it or does it have strings and conditions?

  1. I used to have a friend who would say, “I will be happy when X Event happens.” And then the day would come to pass, but she was still unhappy. “Oh, that,” she would say. “That is old news. Now I will be happy when X2 Event happens.” She was never happy, not ever, not once. So the same with strings and conditions; there will always be fine print and a lawyerly discussion about how you simply aren’t meeting the terms.
    No, thank you.

  2. Love is love. It’s just that PEOPLE seem to think that there needs to be rules on what is acceptable and what isn’t, or give added restrictions and limitations. Love should be love, but that isn’t always the case.
