It’s been 5 weeks since my Facebook fast and I am not missing it much. Believe me its done wonders for my mental health and has helped me focus on my blogging which is a good thing. At some point, I am going to have to deal with it and pare it down to something I don’t have to tend. Right now my profile is deactivated so nothing is lost. As for now, I am keeping on this course.

Deactivating Facebook. A heroic move. If only I didn’t depend on it for my local business. When I figure out this dilemma, I’m out!

You might could find someone to be your social media manager who can do those things so you don’t have to be actively on it.

A good idea. Or just not click on the app unless I get a message lol

Good for you. As of Jan 1, I’m doing the same. Not deactivated but deleted the app from my laptop and cellphone. I feel like I’ve gained more time and clarity.

Keep up the great work! The longer you stay away from it, the easier it gets! I have ZERO desire to check FB since taking a “short-term” hiatus in 2017. I never thought it would last this long, but my life is better without it. It’s natural for me now not to think about Facebook. š
