International Men’s Day, It’s About Mental Health And Well Being

On November 19, International Men’s Day celebrates worldwide the positive value men bring to the world, their families, and communities. We highlight positive role models and raise awareness of men’s well-being.

There are good men in the world who care deeply about their families, friends, neighbors, and other things in the world. In no way is this to diminish the unfortunate ongoing suffering of women who face challenges because some men choose to be jerks and harmful.

As a man, I can say it can be tough to admit when men need help and admit when life has gotten the best of them. We tend to do things that aren’t healthy always. I believe men are sensitive but won’t admit it. Let’s hope men can find their way to be in good relationships with the people and things that are the most important to them and to be their unique authentic selves.
