When life gets tough, it’s good to keep things simple. Doing your best to keep things going is the rule of the day. Everyone struggles and that is when being there for others is a good thing to do. Of course, be kind to others and hope they will return the favor.
Love one another hopefully isn’t too cliche to be solid advice. I would also venture to boldly go together.

Now, I am 54 years old and I am in no way what you would call a senior or senior citizen. That’s crazy talk. Sure, I am getting closer but this is a little painful if you ask me. These ads need to slow their roll, the algorithm needs to be checked.
Give a man a fish, and he’ll eat for a day. So give him a fish. What are you, a jerk? He’s hungry, just give him a fish. You don’t have to make a whole thing about it.

I wholeheartedly think this is awesome. Joy comes from different sources and whatever brings your heart some joy love that stuff.
If there was one word I would have to give up it would be “sorry”. I am a horrible people pleaser and when I feel like I have disappointed or failed someone I will use “sorry” as some sort of excuse. I really shouldn’t do that. I try to please people and when it goes south I should give myself some grace and not worry about failing them. At least I tried. So I guess I am sorry for being sorry and should get rid of that word or limit its use.
