By Monday, I think we will see that President Biden will step aside to allow someone to take the torch to run for president. It is my hope that Kamala Harris will be the chosen one to do it and her Vice-President will be someone who is also ready to lead. If I am wrong I am OK with that. It is being realistic and pragmatic to act now. Loyalty to the country should come ahead of loyalty to a party or person. Too much is at stake.
I agree. Biden has had a long and distinguished career. He has done a lot to heal our nation. Kamala would be a good pick. She’s been a role model for youg ladies, negotiated with south American countries to help us manage the border crisis, and an advocate for women’s rights. I’d like to see her as President. I think she would do a great job. But if not her, someone who is ready to lead with dignity and humanity.

I believe it’s playing into their hands. Over the past three years, the party hasn’t done much to promote a rising star or give Harris a chance to shine. I also believe that Harris will be eaten alive by the press and the opposition—think Hillary. I’m a Democrat and have been since 1972 when I voted in my first national election. The party should have seen this scenario and prepared for it. Trump can not be president again.

he’s a good man, and I feel he’ll do what’s right for the country, knowing he has to step aside for a win.
