Happy New Years Eve! Out With 2017, In With 2018!
It’s New Years Eve here in the Western Hemisphere still and we are awaiting the changing of time and 2018 making its appearance. Making a new start in a new year is always a nice idea but sometimes the past tends to rear its head when you don’t want it too. For all of us I hope for good things and less adversity. We all could use a new year full of opportunities that can make our lives and hopefully the lives of other better.
So as we count down the hours and minutes lets reflect on the past but make plans for a brighter tomorrow. Happy New Year everyone!
Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad, Happy 51st!
Today is my mom and dad’s 51st wedding anniversary. They got married on New Year’s Eve in 1966 which is really cool. I love them very much and I am happy they have made it all these years. Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!
My 2017 @ Work
At Work – I was the number one agent in terms of productivity due to my hard work and over-performance.
I was demoted from a supervisory position back to an agent. It was hard at first and I admit I resented it but I have come to realize it was a gift in disguise. My hard work has paid off in more ways than one.
Reaffirming my commitment to my company and to my team gave me some peace and security that I needed. Now I have some new co-workers who are challenging me and restoring my spirits on the job. Having a peace of mind about what you are doing professionally always is a good thing.
Something About 2017
I am going to post a few times about this past year to see if it even makes sense to me. Yeah it will require me to get a little controversial because this year has been a hot-button year. From what I remember its been a year worth forgetting it seems.
A Saturday At McKay’s
This place is a used media paradise. Blu Ray, DVD, books, video games, toys, music and so much more can be had here. People will sell and trade here too. It’s a popular place to be on a Saturday.
