This week seems to have flown by quickly. Our weather here has been gloomy and icky. It gives some the blues. I am very much ready for the weekend. Like everyone I am trying to keep head above water and the struggle is very real. Lets see what the rest of the week holds for us. Lord have mercy.

Tonight Marvel’s “Agent Carter” returns to ABC TV. Hayley Atwell is awesome as Peggy Carter. Agent Carter is a great character from the Captain America universe. She is a real hero with no superpowers of her own other than bravery, intelligence and a sense of humor. This show is about a woman who is a hero ahead of her time.

I am a middle-aged dork who seeks to bridge generations and to relate to others. People are people when it comes down to it and we all can gain from the experiences of younger and older folks. I believe in treating a 20 year old and a 70 year old the same and that is with respect, dignity and a little bit of love. One thing I have learned from blogging is that we are more alike than different and that our age is nothing but a number. Of course we should always keep things on the up and up in this crazy world we live in.
