This is one of my favorite Christmas tree ornaments. This little bear seems to reflect my personality and my name is on the hat. I’ve had this little guy for a very long time.

Remembering those lost six years ago from Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. They were victims in one of the worst mass shootings in America. May they rest in power and may their memory help inspire change today.

I make my living on the telephone. When my brothers and sisters who make their living in the same way be kind. We have quotas, metrics and other details to be mindful of while being kind and courteous. The work we do is not easy but it pays the bills. Just a reminder
