Even though I had Monday off I am still very glad it’s Friday. It’s been a hard week for various reasons. Thank goodness the end of the week is here and the weekend is upon many of us. Have a great Friday everyone!

Today on the way home I ran a red/stop light and I got stopped for it. Stuff was on my mind and I just went right on through the intersection and ran that light. It’s been awhile since I have been pulled over by the police and I did get a citation/ticket. Oh well, life goes on and my wallet gets dinged for a fine.

For the first time ever I was deferred when trying to donate blood at work (I work for a regional blood bank in Tennessee). It means my iron level was a bit too low. This is strange because it’s always up where it needs to be. Maybe I’m giving too often? Disappointing for sure. Let’s try tomorrow and see what happens.
