I use social media as a way of connecting with other people and keeping up with what is going on with my interests. Of course, I comment but in a respectful manner. You have to be responsible for how you use it these days. Beware the comments my good people.

Having something named after you is leaving a structural, physical legacy. I wouldn’t mind having a mass media and cultural library named after me because I am a pop culture and mass media nerd.

I wanted to be a firefighter. I loved the TV program Emergency! which was about firefighters and paramedics. The show is still one of my favorites to this day.

Daily Prompt – Word Of The Day: Recover
Whether it be illness or grief or whatever has impacted you greatly it takes time to recover. It’s not easy and oftentimes times you never fully recover who you were but you become something different or new. People find themselves wondering what’s next and will they be whole again. To recover means to get something back too and sometimes a loss is just that a loss and there must be a new way forward.
