Today was very much a Monday. I had a headache, bum foot and it was a slow day at work. I did modified Zumba tonight. Tomorrow is Tuesday whether I like it or not.

Hello friends, I have had a good Saturday so far. It started with scratch made waffles then laundry and getting a few things done today. Football is a big thing today too. I appear to have a heel spur on my left foot so that is something I am not enjoying. I hope you all are having a great day.

The week is done, I am watching a movie on Netflix and half a pizza is in my belly. It’s nice to be chilling out after a hard week of work. Whew!
