LOS ANGELES (AP) — A family spokeswoman says that “Everybody Loves Raymond” star Doris Roberts has died. She was 90. Spokeswoman Janet Daily said Monday that Roberts died overnight in her sleep in Los Angeles. Daily was told of the death by Roberts’ son, Michael Cannata. Tax Deadline Day In The United States

rs_600x600-160413104740-600.Tax-day-april-18-tt-041316Today is the day when federal income tax returns are due to the government. Normally tax day is the 15th but this year it is on the 18th due to a holiday. We had to pay some this year which is better than in years past when we paid a lot. Instead of e-filing this year I put the return in the mail. Sometimes old school is best. It will be interesting to see how many last minute filers there will be this year. It’s nice to have had a couple extra days to get it done. Two constants in life…death and taxes.

A FedEx Express hub worker fell asleep in the loading area of the plane and ended up on an early-morning flight to Texas.
