After a couple of days off and taking care of my family I’m back on the job. At least it’s Friday and that’s almost always exciting. Let’s finish strong good people.

Today is International Women’s Day where the accomplishments and contributions of Women are highlighted. I support this effort and also think Women should be celebrated every day. This year’s theme is “Break The Bias” which is a good thing to ponder and practice.
