I am diabetic and my blood sugar has been a bit erratic as of late. Last night I couldn’t sleep a wink due in part to the condition and also probably some sleeping problems. Rarely do I call out for work but I felt like I needed to. Today I have had no caffeine in hopes of sleeping better tonight. Let’s hope for better rest tonight because all I want to do from 11:30 to 6:00 is sleep soundly. Soon I hope to get that sleep study done. Here’s to sweet dreams.
