I had a proper pro massage today and it was great. During the message I had no idea how much stress and tension in my shoulders and neck. Believe me I will be having another because I need it every once and awhile.

New Phone, Who Dis? The Google Pixel 2 XL #teampixel #google
I got a new phone yesterday. The Google Pixel 2 XL is a great device and I got an incredible deal on it at Walmart. The reason I chose this instead of the Pixel 3 is the price and is still a big step up from the Pixel XL I have had the past couple of years. When I got my first pixel I anticipated upgrading to this phone anyway and the 3 was a surprise. So my posts will be just as nerdy and pictures will look amazing. Google has it going on with phones these days, all the cool nerds have these.
A Friendly Reminder This Still Makes Calls
Devices like these still place and receive phone calls. Just like a landline did back in the day. It’s more than texting and social networking. Just saying.
Spirit Day 2018 Standing Up For #LGBTQ Youth #spiritday
Spirit Day now occurs every year on the third Thursday in October, during National Bullying Prevention Month, and has become the most visible day of support for LGBTQ youth.
Here’s to those who are standing up and supporting LGBTQ youth.
Friendship
I know people like me but I still have this thing in the back of my head that tells me another story. When you have low self-esteem and depression you have doubt about a lot of things including friendship. There are times when I don’t think I’m all that good as a friend. Seems crazy but this is what goes on in my heart and head. Maybe I need to give myself a little credit and break. But I gotta work through it.
Fear Not Then Love
Before you love one another it helps to fear not. Sure love can conquer all but fear can get in the way of love sometimes.
