The Museum Of Swag About Me
This cute Bitstrip came up in my Timehop today and it got me thinking that our blogs in effect are museums about us. Our posts are curated and collected bits and pieces of our lives and what we experience in a moment of time. So the museum of Swag or cool about us is actually a real thing that’s accessible to the world over.
Juneteenth, A Important American Observance
Juneteenth, also known as Juneteenth Independence Day or Freedom Day, is an American holiday that commemorates the June 19, 1865, announcement of the abolition of slavery in the U.S. state of Texas, and more generally the emancipation of enslaved blacks throughout the former Confederacy of the southern United States. Quote Of The Day
Life is much like the work of a sand sculptor, carving the beach… Each day, the night’s tide offers you a brand new canvas!… Cyranny
Word Of The Day – Daily Prompt: Camaraderie
Camaraderie is important to achieving a group goal or objective. It is also important in establishing relationships with others as you go through life. Whether it be in an organization or a group of pals that sense of friendship, kinship and even love has to be there for it to last.
At work camaraderie is important as you do your days work. You need those who are working toward the same thing to be with you on the journey. This is also about friendship and affirmation of those who you have chosen to be your non familial tribe. Of course you can have camaraderie with your family but there is a different dynamic there I think.
Fellow bloggers I think we have camaraderie as we write to figure out this crazy thing called life. Keep on blogging my friends.
A Little Burgess Humor
