We need more sympathy and empathy in the world. It’s such a mean spirited place these days. Feeling is a very human thing and when we understand someone and their situation perhaps we become better people in the process. Making an effort to see things from someones point of view can build bridges. Open hearts doesn’t mean losing ones ability to be tough it just means being considerate.

Many are going through some stuff. Some are not well emotionally or physically. May reconciliation be available to all who seek it. May those who are sick be healed. For those making a life change may they have courage. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayers of healing, comfort and peace. For those who find comfort in humanity may they find support. 

Yeah, it’s a toaster pastry but it’s still good. I’m also a big fan of the strawberry.

It’s been one hell of a day. Grateful to be there for family. Thank you God for being there for us today and in the​ days ahead.
