This is very true. 

When you know what you are doing and someone doesn’t respect the fact you know what you are doing it’s kind of condescending and insulting. It just makes me want to burn up and roll my eyes.

Some days you just are not feeling it. You put on a poker face just to get by or something like that. I’m just having one of those Monday’s and I can’t explain why I’m feeling blah. My attitude needs adjusting maybe. Have the best day you can everyone.

This is not about the famed book.

What this is about is the expectations that are put upon us by ourselves and others. It’s about fulfilling our duties on the job and in our personal lives. Whether it be making quota or making a home there are demands that each of us have in life. There is a saying that no good deed goes unpunished and I tend to agree with that. With those expectations stress comes with it and we know what that does to our hearts and souls. Some folks have expectations of us that we cannot meet. No wonder why people turn to any number of things to help soothe their souls.

Great expectations aren’t great for everyone…don’t you think?

I believe science and faith can live together. Many people of faith have practiced science and medicine as a devotion to their creator fulfilling a calling to make the world a better place. Just because you are of science does not mean you are against religion and vice versa. Being good stewards of creation and managing its resources requires a good scientific mind that uses the gifts that God gave.
