Happy St. Patrick’s Day, Today We Are All Irish

St. Patrick’s Day occurs annually on March 17 in observance of the death of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. What began as a religious feast day in the 17th century has evolved into a variety of festivals across the globe celebrating Irish culture with parades, special foods, music, dancing, and a whole lot of green. An Irish Blessing

May the blessing of light be upon you,
Light on the outside,
Light on the inside.

With God’s sunlight shining on you,
May your heart glow with warmth,
Like a turf fire
that welcomes friends and strangers alike.

May the light of the Lord shine from your eyes,
Like a candle in the window,
Welcoming the weary traveller.

Have a great St. Patricks Day everyone!

Some Highlights from MTSU victory over Minnesota #marchmadness

March Madness the NCAA college basketball tournament is in full swing. My alma mater won today. They play Saturday against Butler University.

Humility

Humility is being a servant after being a supervisor. It’s not easy but you have to do it for the greater good. Last week I was demoted at work. Things are new but also tough. I am working hard and looking to the future.

Wordless Wednesday

Morning has broken. The Sun is rising.

Changed My Theme Again – Back To Twenty Sixteen

I switched my theme back to something darker to match the mood I am in. Twenty-Sixteen is a refreshed classic blogging theme that suits me just fine. Changing things up keeps things interesting if you ask me.
