Back To Zumba Tonight, I Was Rusty
After a few weeks off I returned to Zumba tonight. The time away made me rusty and my feet weren’t working for me either, but my footwork isn’t that good anyway. I did break a sweat thought.

Summer Is Officially Here…
Today is the first official day of Summer in the northern hemisphere. For those of us in the southern USA there has been temperatures that have been Summer-like for the past couple of weeks and it gets real humid too. Enjoy the season of sunglasses, suntans, cool drinks and flip flops. Have fun good people when you can.
