Daylight saving time 2022 officially begins Sunday, March 13 at 2 a.m., meaning we move the clock ahead one hour. This also means we “lose” one hour of sleep and it messes up our biological clocks for a few days. Don’t forget to move your clocks ahead before turning in for bed tonight.
Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend. Don’t forget to set your clocks back on Saturday before turning in. You will get an “extra” hour of sleep which I know we can all use.
Have a great weekend good people.
Time creeps by creating maddening anxiety.
It’s that time of year again when we set our clocks ahead one hour on Sunday, March 14th because it’s Daylight Saving Time. I hate adjusting the clock and the reason for it no longer applies to modern society, that is what I think anyway. Some places don’t observe it which I don’t know how they get away with it. Be sure to have an extra cup of coffee on Sunday and Monday.
Happy Friday friends just a notification that it’s seven days until Christmas. Hard to believe how close we are. You have six shopping days left by the way. Let’s finish this week strong. Have a great day good people.
Tomorrow standard time returns to clocks in a lot of places. Be sure to turn your clocks back one hour before turning in. You get an extra hour of sleep. Not sure I want an “extra hour” of 2020 though.
I hope everyone has had the best day possible. My friends’ things are tough but it’s OK to chill out and enjoy some rest from the chaos. May you find grace and peace this week. Be safe and well good people. How are you doing?
For a minute there I forgot what day it was. This crisis is so much more than just about a virus.
