In my previous post I was a bit stark in my assessment of the current situation we are in. Real talk is hard to take sometimes and I wanted to express my genuine feelings about it. Things aren’t good for a lot of people. There’s no way to ignore it.
Now with that being said I hope we all have a good day despite the circumstances. Do what you can to be well and take care yourself and your neighbors.

My friends America and most of the world is sick and a cure is not ready yet. We must do our best to care for ourselves and our neighbors. The sooner we realize we are in this for the long haul the better.

As part of the “Year of the Nurse and Midwife” celebration, the American Nurses Association will expand National Nurses Week, traditionally celebrated from May 6 to May 12 each year, to a month-long celebration in May to expand opportunities to elevate and celebrate nursing.
To all the nurses out there some of whom I am friends with I salute you for your service to the world. When my dad was sick I saw really how important they are. A hospital or physicians practice doesn’t run without them. Thank you for all you do to keep our communities well and healthy. In this time of COVID-19 thanks for your bravery.
