I thought about writing a book once but then I realized I don’t read a great deal of them so I decided to write a blog…yeah a blog works for me. Won’t make much money but its all about the fun right?
Something About Freaks and Geeks
Freaks and geeks are in the circus that is life. They are the not the side show but the main attraction. Home is in the center ring under the big top wherever that might be in their lives. The thing about it is that they are not everyday, hum-drum, average, no they are much more. God gave them gifts that are so special and when used they can change the world. That freak and that geek is a human with a heart that is big and a soul that is deeper than any ocean. You too might just be one without even knowing it.
Movies Outdoors At Church
Watching The Greatest Showman outdoors at church tonight. It’s something cool St. Peter’s Episcopal Church is doing to bring the congregation together as family.
Thoughtful Friday Friends
Be mindful of those in need and in peril. May you find solace and comfort in simple things. Love your neighbor and yourself while you are at it. Make this a good Friday and be ready for a good weekend my friends. Love and peace to you all.
Happy Ganesha Chaturthi #ganeshachaturthi
Ganesha Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi or Vinayaka Chavithi is a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Ganesha. May all who celebrate be blessed. (Sorry I’m late in the good wishes)
In The News Today
Hurricane Florence among other storms are around the globe. Donald Trump put his foot in his mouth and he’s got more trouble on the horizon. There are fires in the Boston, Massachusetts. Not to mention there are lots of local stories happening where you live. Lots of stuff has been in the news today. It’s been hard to keep up. My goodness.
