Easter Sunday was a rough day for many in the southern USA. Severe weather including tornadoes and thunderstorms impacted millions including my hometown of Chattanooga and surrounding area. Tornadoes hit in a residential area near our largest shopping mall. Not only do we have to deal with Coronavirus now people are having to deal with the devastating aftermath of these storms. Me and mine are OK but some friends are not. It’s going to be a tough few days for them.

During the virus crisis it’s important to support local businesses. Today I ordered Chinese food (my favorite sesame chicken) for lunch from Hunan Wok through Uber Eats. Local places need the support in a big way now.

I love barbecued pulled pork and when it’s on a baked potato with cheese, butter and sour cream it’s delightful. I really enjoyed The Hungry House version of it and they aren’t a full time BBQ restaurant.
