We had a rough week last week with a family member in the hospital. Today after church we settled into an Adam Sandler mini-movie marathon featuring The Wedding Singer and Happy Gilmore. Both are great films that can make you laugh, one is about weddings and love and the other is about golf and love. Both movies are great for a Sunday afternoon of doing nothing but laughing (and a nap somewhere in-between).

Laughing at absurd things is wonderful.
This is a heartwarming biopic with some slight exaggerations of the truth. Daniel Radcliffe who you might know from that wizard art movie he made a few years back plays legendary song sorcerer Weird Al Yankovic. “Weird” is entertaining and a spoof on the king of parodies.
All my life’s about is cracking up people and them cracking me up and trying not to think about dying. That doesn’t cost very much money.

Tonight is a mini-binge of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, now in season 3. It’s just as funny as season 1 and 2. There are some very relevant statements being made with some well known people. As usual its culturally dorky and hip at the same time.
