Thank you for your kindness to me and my city during this tragic time here. My posts have been very focused on this tragedy because it is impacting a place I love very much and its people. One thing this blog is dedicated to being is relevant and timely. Current events are an important thing to chronicle. News and information are valuable parts of our culture and I want to capture. Dear Followers, Thank You!
I believe you can never be too thankful for those who take time to read your posts. We have things we need to say and this is how we say it. Sometimes you can’t read them all because there is a overabundance of goodness on your reader or dashboard. Time is valuable and there isn’t enough of it to do everything you want in life and online. To my younger followers….folks in their 20’s and below, I thank you for following. I hope we are learning about the world we live in from each other. It’s awesome to have the opportunity to blog in a diverse community. I consider you peers, friends, equals. The fact that you follow a dude in his mid-40’s (45 to be excact) is remarkable. Creating a safe place to exchange ideas is important you know. Keep on blogging.

I have just shy of 200 followers here. How many do you have? How many is too many?
Making connections is great but I don’t want to overwhelm myself like I did on Tumblr where I have 1500.
