During the virus crisis it’s important to support local businesses. Today I ordered Chinese food (my favorite sesame chicken) for lunch from Hunan Wok through Uber Eats. Local places need the support in a big way now.

So many establishments are having to modify the way they operate and serve customers that it’s having a impact on their bottom line. Support local and you can’t go wrong.

Shrove/Fat Tuesday Pancakes And Sausage #FatTuesday #ShroveTuesday #Pancakes #Lent

On Shrove/Fat Tuesday it’s traditional to make pancakes which uses up all of ones fatty stuffs such as butter, sugar, milk, etc before the season of Lent where one gives up such indulgent foods. These are my scratch made pancakes and store made maple sausage. I don’t know what I’m doing for Lent yet. I have a few hours to figure it out.

Saturday Brunch

French toast made with bakery sourdough bread and sausage for a Saturday brunch at home. I enjoy making and eating french toast for breakfast or brunch in this case.

The BBQ Pulled Pork Baked Potato From The Hungry House in #Chattanooga

I love barbecued pulled pork and when it’s on a baked potato with cheese, butter and sour cream it’s delightful. I really enjoyed The Hungry House version of it and they aren’t a full time BBQ restaurant.
