Old Words, New Interpretation

Life is fluid. With that being said I believe that the interpretation of scripture and the constitution. Both documents cannot impose authority based upon ancient norms and rules. Words should be living and breathing things and given the opportunity to propose new ways of looking at things.

We cannot allow old words to prevent life and happiness from being accessible to all. Freedom and liberty must make a bigger table for many to sit down and partake.

The world would be a much safer place if that were the case. May everyone enjoy life, liberty, and happiness.

A Graduation from the Education for Ministry Program of The Episcopal Church

Tonight I graduated from the Education for Ministry course that is a program of the University of the South at Sewanee which is an Episcopal university in Sewanee Tennessee. This was a four-year course in Old Testament, New Testament, Church History, and Theology. I am not the best student but I made it through and I am grateful for making this an important part of my life. Hopefully, it will help others as it helped me. It was a challenge and I finished. Yay Me!

A Note To My Blogging Community

I have been taking a religious study course over the past four years. There was a lot of reading and much mental and even some physical power was used. Believe it or not, I am not a very prolific reader. That is why I like blogs because they are by-in-large short articles.

My course is ending on Monday and I hope to be able to rejoin the blogging community as a reader as much as I am a blogger/writer. It’s cool to read and write like a hard disk does. It’s funny how all that works.

Thanks for continuing to follow me and check out my posts. Life can be better with blogging.

Your friend, Tony
