Canada is celebrating 15 years of same-sex marriage today. Here’s to all those people who are living their best lives with the ones they love. Grace and peace to all who have that freedom to love freely and openly. Love is indeed Love!
India is now a more LGBTQ friendly country today. The right to love is a important part of human rights and dignity. Congratulations to those who can come out of the shadows to share their love with who they choose.
One year ago the United States Supreme Court decided in favor of marriage equality in Obergefell v. Hodges. Since then thousands of couples around the country have the right to marry the one they love. LGBTQ people can realize the hopes, dreams, benefits and promise of marriage. I salute my friends who are now living the life they fought for and dreamed about for years. May God bless them all today. Love does win, every time.
