Hello friends, I took a couple days off from posting but I got this great notification this morning that I have eclipsed 500,000 all-time views. I don’t know what I did to deserve it other than just posting about stuff that came to my heart and mind and some of it was probably boring.

Bell Let’s Talk is an awareness campaign created by the Canadian telecommunications company, Bell Canada, in an effort to raise awareness and combat stigma surrounding mental illness in Canada. Although I’m not Canadian I think this is worth promoting due to the seriousness of mental health issues that are impacting humanity around the world. Reality is really hard on us.
Losing is a roadmap to winning.
In life you win some and you lose some. Sport teaches that life lession very well. My team lost today and they had a lot of advantages going into today’s game. It was a weird contest but in the end the better team on this occasion won.
You can’t win all the time but hopefully you give your best effort in the attempt. Everyone has experienced a defeat in something. The lesson you hope to learn is to get back up and try again. Life is a game we play daily. Let’s hope we pickup more victories than defeats in the process.
