Minneapolis and Minnesota did not ask for the crap it’s going through. The violence and murders have to stop. I hope for peace and safety for the people there.

We are expecting some winter weather here in the Chattanooga, area this weekend. Like anything, this forecast can change over the next couple of days. It’s my hope we won’t be in any danger, but a little snow would be nice.
Meteorology is hard, and those who practice it do their best to get things right. Give those who are doing their best a break. I say be cool, be kind.
Today is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in the United States. He was a minister, a leader, a dreamer, and a civil rights icon. I feel like it’s more important than ever to remember all the things he did and to continue the fight for equality, justice, and love. The people of the world are better because he lived what he preached and made things better for so many. His work continues on in those he influenced. We need that work now more than ever. Thank you, Dr. King, for putting hands and feet to your faith.
There is this thing online where people are posting pictures of them and other stuff from 2016. Now that is 10 years ago if my math is right. It seems like it was just yesterday or something like that. The picture I have chosen is from Universal Orlando Resorts City Walk in Orlando, Florida. Notice there is more hair and no beard. At least I was having fun.
The Minneapolis mayor was right to use profanity to get his point across. Right now, I feel like profanity and other things are necessary for the moments we are living in. Life depends on it. Decorum is out of the question right now when people are getting unalived and abducted. A strong response is what is needed and if some get offended then that is their problem. Fighting back is what must be done. So dammit, let’s give this all we have. There will be hell to pay.
