Happy Festivus, For The Rest Of Us #Festivus

Festivus is a secular holiday celebrated on December 23 as an alternative to the pressures and commercialism of the Christmas season. It is celebrated with the Airing of Grievances, Feats of Strength, the aluminum pole, Festivus dinner, Festivus miracles.

The holiday rose to mass cultural awareness after it was featured in an episode of the long-running TV show “Seinfeld”.

To all celebrating Festivus, have a great holiday.

Quote Of The Day

I tell my daughters…being a strong man includes being kind. That there’s nothing weak about kindness and compassion. There’s nothing weak about looking out for others.

The strengths in your character will bring you serenity.

I am a character alright and serenity is always welcome. Interesting to say the least.
