Each player on the winning Super Bowl team receives a customized ring that is symbolic of their achievement. These rings are made by the Jostens company and the NFL pays for the rings to be made. The ring above is for last years Super Bowl 50 winning Denver Broncos.
The incredibly talented Lady Gaga will be doing the Pepsi Half Time Show at Super Bowl LI (51). She is a fantastic performer who sang the US national anthem at last years game in San Francisco. She is sure to bring the house down in Houston.
Tomorrow is Super Bowl Sunday, one of the biggest sporting days in the United States and maybe the world. Here is a little something to get you ready for the game. I will be posting about the big game on my blog all day tomorrow. It’s about the Atlanta Falcons vs. New England Patriots and who will carry home the Vince Lombardi Trophy!
The Atlanta Falcons beat the Green Bay Packers to advance to Super Bowl LI (51) in Houston Texas. Matt Ryan led the “dirty birds” in a really good game! Way to go Falcons!
I make a dip that is enjoyed by family and friends. There are many variations on this queso dip that others make. My opinion is that anytime there is cheese, cream cheese, sausage and sour cream are involved then you can’t go wrong.
Brown sausage (drain grease) blend in cream cheese until melted and well incorporated. Add sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa. Stir ingredients together and let cheese melt. Add in cayenne pepper or other warm spices. Use a slow cooker to combine ingredients and keep the dip warm. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
This Sunday is Super Bowl 50 where the Carolina Panthers take on the Denver Broncos for the Vince Lombardi trophy symbolic of the best team in American Football. As we I go along the weekend I will be posting a few things about the game. It’s going to be a great game with two great teams.
