Rambling About Offending

No one likes to be offended. Unintentionally it happens because we are all human. Nice people make mistakes and we feel it when people have been hurt. My goal is to be kind but when necessary rock the boat a little when situations call for it. You can never have a relationship that is conflict free and sometimes words can hurt. So with all that being said being slow to anger and quick to forgive is a good rule of thumb.

  1. Well said. I try and remember I have a right to my opinion as you do to yours and neither of us have a right to not be offended. So we talk, we discuss and when the occasional offense comes in we need to handle it will the same rational thought. 🙂

  2. Well said! A conflict free relationship is impossible – and I worry about people who say they never have conflict in their relationship. It shows that there is a lack of communication.
