Our dinner tonight. It was yummy. Lots of good stuff in here.
Oh my word. This was so easy and SO good!
- 1 to 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 bag pre-shredded cole slaw mix (14 oz or so)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (around 15 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (around 15 oz)
- 1 cup quick rice (regular rice will make it sticky, must be the quick kind)
