This is my favorite contemporary song about America. Neil Diamond speaks and sings from a place welcoming and hospitality, two things America should be about always.

  2. Happy Fourth to you, my friend! I was actually going to use this as My Music Monday because it is Neil Diamond (my first crush that I haven’t totally gotten over) and, as you say, it really speaks of what America is and should be.
