As life goes on things change. Family changes too. We aren’t the same as time goes by. I am realizing that as we get older you will face all sorts of things that will challenge you and you don’t feel good all the time. It means you have to rely upon one another more than ever. Really means a lot when you have the spiritual support from friends in the wings.

So true. All of my immediate family except for my brother Stephen are deceased as are many of my friends. When I was young I went to weddings and baby showers now I attend wakes and funerals. If I make it to the End of this month I will be 60. An age that has eluded many of my friends and coworkers. Irreplaceable. Deeply missed.
Fortunately I have my artwork as creativity and therapy. Journaling helps. Concentrating and focusing on creating art gets me into my Zone. My cat Sylvester and spending time with my next door neighbors dog Clementine helps. Animals are accepting Loving and nonjudgmental.
