We love our shows. You know the stuff you like. It takes writers and actors to make those shows come to life. Actors and writers are now on strike to secure their future which is complicated by streaming, artificial intelligence, and other issues I don’t pretend to understand.
I am a fan of TV and always have been. I support the people who turn words into flesh, and the people who make magic in front of and behind the camera. May the writers and actors have a secure future and may they be compensated fairly and equitably. I hope all parties involved can negotiate a fair settlement so that actors and writers can return to work as soon as possible. Invest in your labor force and you will be rewarded.

Live Aid was a benefit concert in 1985 held simultaneously at JFK Stadium in Philadelphia and Wembley Stadium in London. The cause it was raising money for was the “famine in Ethiopia that caused over half a million deaths, making it one of the worst in recent history”.
