For many the fantasy worlds of Harry Potter and Star Wars and the like are places they find homes in because the real world they live in reality is cruel to them because of who they are. As I have always said it’s hard to be a misfit toy. It’s sad when someone has to hide in plain sight who they are and want to present themselves as. That isn’t freedom good people.

Sometimes that is a “necessity” for an individual. Escaping a fantasy world where fantastical creatures represent their emotions, feelings, and obstacles is a way of coping with the harshness of reality. I certainly did.
