I salute those who embody the spirit of America by doing things to make life better for everyone. To my fellow Americans who follow the beat of a different drummer you rock. We are made greater by the nerds and geeks and peacemakers who aren’t afraid to be themselves.
Our country is made stronger by diversity of race, creed, gender, orientation and thought. To my fellow geek/nerd-Americans your sacrifice of time, talent and treasure is very important and appreciated. May we help our country be the best it can be daily. Grace and peace to everyone this 4th of July.

Avoid Blog Burnout
I avoid blogging burnout by not over thinking it. It’s something I love to do so it’s not a chore for me. Don’t think you have to write long posts because that can burn you out quickly. Sometimes posting fewer posts more often can be a relief. Let your work be easy and post about silly things every now and then. Enjoy the process and make it fun. Post when you can. Don’t just disappear, keep your blog alive. Keep on blogging good people. Have fun.
National Treasure – An American Movie About Treasure and Nick Cage
Because it’s Independence Day weekend and because Nicholas Cage is himself a “National Treasure”. This American movie is about what we treasure in this country and much more. It’s a great movie with lots of history and action.
