Watching Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 on TV and I’m thinking about September 2015 when we went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios, Orlando. I want some butterbeer in a very tall mug. Those were some great times.

My Policy On Reblogging
I don’t do a lot of reblogging. My blog is about original content from my heart and head. However I will reblog something if it helps tell my story in a way I cannot.
I don’t mind if others reblog my stuff. One exception though is family or personal pictures. All I ask is that those not be reposted. In turn I won’t reblog personal pictures of those I follow. Content control is an important part of blogging. I believe there has to be a line drawn in regards to that. Thank you for your consideration here.
My Family Gathering @ Christmas 2015

My families Christmas gathering was yesterday and this is a picture of everyone. I have family all throughout Tennessee and we had the entire family there. One person missing however is my Grandmother who has celebrated Christ’s birth in heaven the last couple of Christmases. It was a great family gathering. I hope there will be another one next year.

A Christmas Story, A Classic Holiday Flick
The movie where we learned about electric sex and how a Red Rider will shoot your eye out. Not to mention the triple-dog-dare. This movie is about the universal angst a child has when they really want something for Christmas and will do whatever it takes to get it.
This is one of the greatest Christmas movies ever.
White Christmas – A Holiday Classic
Filled with awesome music, great acting and real dancing this movie is a classic during the holidays. I am into all the sentimental schmaltz during this time of year and this movie does it for me. Bing Crosby, Rosemary Clooney, Danny Kaye and Vera Ellen are simply divine and give us some of the greatest song and dance numbers in cinema history.
If they were to do a “updated” version I could see Harry Connick, Jr., Neil Patrick Harris, Lea Michelle and Juliane Hough cast to take on those iconic roles of Wallace and Davis and The Haynes Sisters.
Mixed Bag Weather
Good news It’s not raining. Sorta bad news rain is in the forecast. A mixed bag of weather news. It’s 68 degrees this morning and that’s not it’s supposed to be in December. I’m ready for a proper winter.
