Six Word Story

My blog is awesome. Just Saying.

A Rainy and Restful Sunday

A rain puddle outside our house.

There is nothing like a rainy Sunday to calm and cool things down. It’s also a time to rest and renew before the upcoming week. This week is going to be an eventful one for a few reasons. So, it’s nice that we get a chance to chill. Now our dog doesn’t get that point very well; you can’t have perfection all the time.

Six Word Story

This middle-aged man frequently gets emotional.

It’s National Donut/Doughnut Day

From Wikipedia: National Donut Day or National Doughnut Day, celebrated in the United States and in some other countries, is on the first Friday of June of each year, succeeding the donut event created by The Salvation Army in Chicago in 1938 to honor those of their members who served donuts to soldiers during World War I.

No matter what flavor donut you have, may it be a sweet celebration of fried dough. Also, a coffee of your choosing makes it even better.

A Cool New Earring

I have been wearing a training earring for quite some time, and it served me well. I decided to move to a more permanent piece to wear. The earring I am wearing was loaned/gifted to me by my wife. It has the colors of the rainbow, which can be meant for any occasion, such as Pride month, where I am an LGBTQIA ally. Thank you, honey, for the earring.

Happy Friday, Everyone, Everywhere!

It’s Friday, everyone; I know I am happy about that. Make it a great day, my fellow fellows. Have a good weekend while you are at it. Love and peace to each of you today.
