An Inside Look At My Eyes

I went to the eye doctor today and my vision is doing well. Little change from last year. This photo is a scan of the inside of my eyeballs where things are looking good although I am in the very early stages of developing cataracts so no surgery is on the horizon.

Numbers are more than statistics they are also stories, a snapshot in time and space. Electoral College wins and COVID cases and deaths have become an everyday reality for Americans. Every number in these cases is a human being who have had their say or have died unnecessarily. These numbers have become part of our lives and something we are paying attention to in these weird days.
