Well, today I had a sleep doctor followup appointment and then I went to Walmart (yeah crazy right?) to pick up prescriptions. I hope for the best now. We shall see.

The situation of the day requires all of us to stay strong but be calm. Strength comes from intelligence, wisdom, compassion, understanding, grace, peace and love. Look out for your neighbor and while you are at it look out for yourself. Be well my friends.
