It’s National Dog Day, Celebrate Canines!
Happy National Dog Day! August 26 is set aside to honor dogs across the nation. Let us celebrate these loyal members of our families who make our lives better. There are also dogs who serve our communities through the police, fire and guide dogs. We owe much to the dogs in our world.
This post is in honor of Cody our Lab-mix and in memory of Mikey our Cock-a-Poo. We love both our boys very much.

Heaven, Utopia, Place
I believe in Heaven, Utopia, a divine kingdom of love and peace. There is a place where The Creator exists with creation and nature. God loves his children no matter who they are and who they love. Nature revealing it’s promise and majesty. There is a place of grace and mercy where all creatures great and small have belonging and purpose. Every person needs to feel that connection to something bigger than they are where they matter in every way. Is this place possible, I do believe so.
Trowback Thursday – The Power Station – Communication #TBT
This is a super group featuring Duran Duran’s Andy Taylor and John Taylor with the late Tony Thompson and late Robert Palmer on lead vocals. “Communication” is one of my favorites from this record.
Communication changes in the technology we use, however we should always try to focus on the message and being clear and concise. It’s a say what you mean and mean what you say sort of thing. The conversations in your head need to sometime be open to those who need to hear what you are saying.
