We all go through stuff. People face challenges, it’s a part of life. The hope is that it’s a short-term thing. As I have discovered you gotta have a plan and you gotta keep your cool. Never be too proud to ask for help in whatever form that takes. Also, don’t let it consume you. Be good to yourself as you go through whatever you are going through. Hang in there good people.

These fine citizens were protesting for peace, safety and change for the community and for the nation today. It was good to see them trying to make a difference.
